Acccessibility, clean large room, taasty breakfast.
Breakfast service seemed a bit disorganised. Customers had to wait quite a while for a table, even though there were a few available, they hadn't been cleaned so people had to wait. Also, there were no side plates on the table so I had to use my napkin to butter my toast, and it was difficult to have our coffee refilled.

I would never consider staying anywhere else while in Cardiff now. I have stayed in several different hotels but this is by far the most comfortable, friendly, clean and well located hotel I have stayed in.
The hotel is well situated and within easy reach of the bay. The only down side was the walk across the carparks to reach it.

The staff were extremely helpful at all times and made me feel welcome and relaxed. A very pleasant experience.

The cleanliness and location of the place we liked.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Pleasant surroundings in public areas.
One of the rooms I stayed in was near the road and the traffic noise was very noticeable. The windows need to be more soundproofed.

Comfortable and clean hotel room with free parking. Great lcoation: restaurant ,cinema and Cardiff Bay attractions a few minutes walk from hotel and tem minute bus ride into Cardiff centre.Staff really helpful.
Coffee served with breakfast was on the weak side though food was food. Evening meals were a bit uninspiring. My beef burger came chips and one lettuce leaf. However lot of places to eat close by.

Nice room clean and tidy with comfortable beds.close to all that cardiff bay had to offer.nice lounge bar.we did not try the food so can not comment but would recomend this hotel.a1

Choice and cooking of food in restaurant in the evening.
Poor choice particularly in carvery section.
