Loved the hotel

The wait for the elevators can take a very long time.

The pool being as warm as it was, excellent. Having a hot breakfast every morning is great and we always like to have a drink or 2 during your happy hour. The room was clean and comfortable just like it always is when we stay. It is nice having the resturant and bar in the same building so with the cold we did not have to leave if we did not want. Enjoyed our stay and will be back for another long weekend with in the next couple of months.

Close to the airport. Very nice surroundings. Excellent restaurant.

This is a great hotel with all the amenities you need including great food. Feels like you are in the warm tropics.

We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast and the spacious rooms. It was close to the mall and the shuttle for the Metrodome.

We stayed 2 nights. Our first night was great. Our second night was a nightmare. We had a family next to us that was part of a huge party that was staying at the hotel. They had all the kids in the room next to ours and there was literally about 15 kids running the halls, banging on our door, banging on our windows, etc. I called the front desk twice and then the kids finally settled down. But that was only the beginning. All night the people part of the party were being loud and obnoxious because they were absolutely drunk from having all the free drinks downstairs. They kept forgetting which room was theirs so would continuously knock on our door, we would answer it, and they would say, "Oh, wrong room." They were dropping their beer bottles right by our door, etc. We called the front desk many times but there was no resolution. Finally at 3:a.m., after having not had any sleep (and we have 4 children) the lady next door continued to knock on her door, no ready to go to bed. No one in her room heard her so she continued to bang on the door and yell to have someone hear her. I came out, told her to just go to bed because enough was enough. She said she didn't have a key and was too drunk for the front desk to give her a key, she assumed. I stormed down to the front desk and told the clerk that something needed to happen or I was calling the cops. She brought the security guard up to the 3rd floor with us and got to deal with the invalids we had been dealing with all night. They opened the room and found there to be no adult with all the kids that were sleeping inside. The security guard said that they needed to find the most sober person in the group to come and be with the kids. We had a 4 1/2 hour drive home the next day and it was miserable. Our children were so tired they could barely stand themselves and my husband and I had no energy at all. Your hotel was recommended to us by a friend. It was the first time we had stayed there. No one apologized to us, offered us any free room or discount on our bill, etc. They swept it under the rug and did nothing to make it right for us. This was a terribly extreme situation and the clerk said herself that she would have kicked them all out if they didn't have kids. This definitely left a scar on our little family vacation that we decided to spend at your hotel. And we left with a bad taste in our mouth when no one even acknowledged all our trouble.

The rooms need updating bad!!!!!

Every think worked: the location, the staff and the wonderful drinks and breakfast buffet.

The friendly and helpful staff; the beautiful decor throughout the entire hotel, including rooms, lobby, and restaurant; and of course, the food! The Embassy Suites Hotel - Minneapolis Airport has an excellent onsite restaurant and a phenomenal complimentary breakfast. I really felt we were given red-carpet treatment!
