We have our Thanksgiving there and the staff was extremely helpful. The pool was kept warm and clean. The breakfast was good and the lobby was always clean.
One of the nights that we stayed there the night Clerk must have lost control of the hockey kids running amuck. I don't necessarily blame just the night staff but the parents also. This run well into the night of kids run and Reckless jumping up and down banging on Doors.

Front desk clerk was good. Considering the phone kept ringing and credit card machine stopped working. Room was great. Breakfast was good. Thank you.
Dust on coffee maker in room.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Only issue was the low toilets, hard for older person. Should have "lifts" available if handicap room unavailable.

The breakfast was great. I liked that I didn't have to leave the hotel to enjoy a great breakfast.
