Having two arms in plaster from recent falls I found the staff extremely helpful to my friend and myself nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent and the area interesting. We went to the Theatre a short walk from the hotel and shopping in the Bullring taxi £10. Would go there again
There is a ramp outside the Hotel but not one leading to the information desks. The information desks are at the top of a half circle of steps.

Beautiful hotel and felt very welcome. Spacious room, comfortable bed and great shower. Certainly worth the money.

Close to Barclaycard Arena. Doorman asking us to confirm room no, etc., this felt safe and that undesirable people did not enter hotel.

Room was clean and well appointed with a great view.
Did not like the prices in your bar, especially as the average price in the surrounding bars was a lot less; this just took the shine off an otherwise enjoyable stay

Excellent welcome. Put on high floor away from the lift without asking. Very friendly and professional staff. We didn't go to the bar but from looking at the list, the prices were not bad at all. Good location.
I really think British hotels should stop charging for wi-fi!
