The front desk staff was amazing. They were very helpful in making suggestions and helping us plan our activities (tours, meals, buses etc.) We also loved the overall feel of the hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and upscale rustic. We loved having the Chili's on property, and appreciated the breakfast. Very convenient! Last but not least, the location was great!

Breakfast was good
It was quiet comfortable and clean
Staff I dealt with were helpful and pleasant
One little thing - I advised hotel staff at the desk that my son would be arriving later and asked that a key be left at the front for him but he was asked to call me when he arrived

Our suite was very roomy, clean, and full of extras to make our stay more comfortable. The free breakfast is very good and having the underground heated parking is great with the snow. You get so many extras with your stay it makes the value even more. The front desk and manager were all very friendly.

Our room was right near an area where the employees would hang out and smoke.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (a 2 bedroom suite) was adequate for a family of 6. The free parking and breakfast was a good value though the presentation of the breakfast was not so lovely.
Room could have been a bit cleaner.
