Everything worked well during our Thanksgiving stay. The Hotel staff was short-handed, having given staff time off to be with their families. But we suffered no hardships and enjoy all the Hotel services.

Very convenient to UGA campus and hospital where my son was having surgery. The Melting Point was a convenient location to eat dinner. Turns out the food was really good and there was live entertainment
The drinking glasses were not clean, you could see someone's lip marks on the glass

La chambre était très bien entretenue tout les jours, un vrai plaisir. Les serviettes étaient changées, le lit fait, les poubelles vidées ect. Tout était très confortable, il y a beaucoup de choses pour le bien-être (jet de douche ; télé, machine à café, petit frigo, immense lit très douillet...). Le personnel était très disponible pour toutes questions. Le restaurant Melting point était délicieux, et l'ambiance excellente (groupe de musique).
Dans la salle de bain, l'aération au dessus de l'évier était sale. Mais cela n'est vraiment pas grand chose.
