El trato del personal y el desayuno continental.
No llego el transporte Aeropuerto-Hotel por nosotros. Hasta que lleguemos al hotel tuvimos se nos informo que debiamos registrarnos en lista de espera

Su servicio de transporte al aeropuerto deja muchísimo que desear. Reservé un lugar para las 5 am y la persona de la recepción me pidió llegar 5 minutos antes para poder acomodar mi equipaje y poder llevarme a tiempo. La camioneta llegó por mi y por otras personas que lo esperabamos, a las 5:25 de la mañana, bajo la excusa de que habían ido a recoger a otra persona, que cuando se bajó de la camioneta, resultó ser una empleada del mismo hotel, o al menos portaba una playera con el logotipo del hotel. Casi me hicieron perder mi vuelo y francamente me dejaron bastante, bastante decepcionada, ya que me gustaba quedarme en este hotel debido a la facilidad que otorgaba este transporte.

SU COMODIDAD Y TRANQUILIDAD, LA HABITACIÓN ES AMPLIA Y CUENTA CON TODO LO NECESARIO, EL BAÑO TAMBIÉN ES AMPLIO Y TODO MUY BIEN CONSERVADO. SERVICIO DE INTERNET MUY EFICIENTE. CAMAS Y MOBILIARIO NUEVO.
EL SERVICIO DE DESAYUNO EMPIEZA MUY TARDE. LO IDEAL PARA LAS PERSONAS DE NEGOCIO Y SOBRE TODO LAS QUE TIENEN UN VUELO TEMPRANO ES QUE INICIE A LAS 6:00 AM. YO PAGUÉ CON LA RESERVACIÓN 2-DESAYUNOS Y NO ME FUÉ POSIBLE TOMARLOS PORQUE TENÍA QUE ESTAR EN EL AEROPUERTO A LAS 7:00 AM.
