Appreciated the well eqipped and very clean rooms
Found the fact that no one was in reception at the weekend when many arrive and that there was no-one around should there be an emergency. Staff were dismissive when I voiced my concern re- weekend arrival as we had had to help another resident who did not speak french and was left without the means to contact anyone.

The warm welcome (a genuinely friendly young lady), the location, the kitchen (we did not really need for our stay of one night, but will take me in the future certainly to Appart'city market), very clean bathroom with good productive little.
In the morning there was a small ant nest to sit under our tile in the kitchen, so I 'only' 8 have given for 'clean'. For longer stays I would certainly more disturbing.
