The staff in particular were great. Ahmed who I think is one of the managers was always very receptive to us and other guests going out of his way to ask how their stay was. Sathish and Charie in the dining area were also exemplary (we were really impressed with Sathish, not only would he regularly inquire about how we were doing, he remembered what we drank in the morning. Excellent service! Food and omelet station were good as well.

The hotel and location are both amazing. We realize that different cultures view things differently - still, the amount of times we saw kids running and screaming without any parents was not great. When we were at the pool having a drink at the bar, kids were constantly in that area splashing and playing - the bartender was really good and made an effort to keep them out but...

The room view was just perfect!

I wish if you have more facilities such as Jacuzzi , sauna and indoor pool for women

The location is wonderful. The pool facility is fantastic. The hotel is clean and has nice facilities for families such as play area, miniature golf, small rides in lobbies, table tennis and pool table.

I was disappointed with the dinner buffet staff was not very attentive. The staff was not very informed about hours for meals and drinks and locations during Ramadan which made for much confusion during our stay. I stayed with my family of 4 and our friends a family of 2 and we all found the staff that we encountered not overly helpful, accommodating or knowledgeable. We stay at many hotels in the UAE and we have found the staff at other facilities to be much more helpful.

Absolutely, the service and the quality of the food served outside are awful. Staff is quickly outnumbered by the customers during the week end. We had 2 dinners and 1 lunch there. Whereas Arabic food ( mezzeh) is ok, all the rest was not good. You do not need hot spice in spaghetti bolognaise or with a regular tomato sauce. Please ask the Indian cook to restrain from putting it everywhere. Also sauce for the salad should be on the side. Sorry but we were disappointed. Also it took us 2 hours to have lunch and at various occasions i personnally helped myself (menu...), it would have taken longer.

Location and view.

Two bad experiences with the security staff. On arrival after booking into the room, we took a walk to assesss what the hotel had to offer. On arrival at the pool, the security personel blocked us from entering the pool area even though we stated we wanted to look at the pool. He told us to go around and go to the restaurant instead. It was not our intention to go to the restaurant. His bully tactics were not appreciated. Later in the evening we walked down to the pool and walked along the path to the restaurant to take some photographs of Al Ain at night. Again a security guard confrionted me and asked where I was going, while other people were walking along the path as well. I informed him that I was going to take photographs and so he told me I have no longer than 5 minutes to do so. I will not be returning to the hotel since it felt more that I was visiting a concentration camp as oppossed to being in a hotel where I could relax for the weekend.

Security staff were so rude. He said very insulting words... Although we arrived to the Hotel at 9:30 pm we were requested impolitely to leave the hotel after check and we were not allowed to stay at the pool side.
