Very clean room/ excellent staff, had billing issue and they worked wonders to get it fixed/ large event in town with a lot of school kids, but never any noise or other issues

While the breakfast selection was limited, what was there was fresh, proper temperature and constantly restocked. The staff in the breakfast room kept it spotless, it was the cleanest place in the building!
1. The lack of luggage carts!!! 2. Lack of towels in the pool area. I had been told they provided seperate towels for the pool so I did not take one from my room. After I was wet I learned the towels had been removed because a private pool party was scheduled. Needless to say I left a trail from the pool to my room.

It is a little older and outdated and the stair well had an odor.
