Canad Inns Destination Centre Windsor Park

I booked the room for my daughter and grandchildren. They were happy with the room, and services.

No luggage trolley at the entrance. Hard to carry bags when arthritic

The staff were very friendly and very helpful !!! First time guests there and we would certainly go back there again.

Cookies for the kids when we arrived, the pool and friendly staff..comfortable beds

Too much chlorine smell.. No fresh air in pool area.

Everything you need pool and water slide for older children, smaller pool for little ones and hot tub, booze store , good restaurant , casino, And Cowboys bar.

We always try and stay at your hotel in Windsor Park when we are in Winnipeg. The staff are always so fantastic, friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and comfortable. We also enjoy your restaurant and the daily specials as well as the breakfast specials. Food is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Waterslide my daughter had fun in the pool and on the water slide the food was O'K

We were at the pool and one of the hotel patrons was using language that was inapropriate for my 6 year old to hear.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was fine. It was quiet and we have restful nights.

We would have loved to use the pool. However, two boys (teenagers) monopolised it. Thier parents were with them and did nothing. It was dangerous for them also. They were roughhousing and my granddaughter wwas scared that they would her hurt. They were jumping and diving , shoving and puishing. These guys were pretty hefty and had they landed on anuone , they would have seriously injured them. They also used the kiddie pool. Most of the other kids stayed away from them , out of the pool. As a result, we , as well as others, did not go into the pool. They were screaming too much that we decided to not use the hot tub either.We have been to your hotel before and have enjoyed the facility. It is unfortunate that this happened this time around. We chose your hotel because my granddaughter loves your pool facility. We might consider going elsewhere next time.However, we will recommend your hotel to others but if they ask , we might mention that the pool area ,althogh excellent , is not always monitored.

The restaurant was convenient.

No access to the pool area on the second level,had to use f The lowerlevel.
