I thought the Hotel and staff was wonderful. The staff gave us many options for dining etc. The housekeeping staff was great. Our room was cleaned and stocked daily and I am a little OCD about the cleanliness of my room. IT was impeccable.

The location. Brunch is very nice. Staff was very accommodating with the exception of the first employee at check-in. She couldn't find both of our reservations. There seemed to be quite a problem at check-in. Then she just handed it off to another employee who was very gracious, and she walked away. I don't really understand what happened except they said the confirmation number did not look like one of their own.
