I thought the Hotel and staff was wonderful. The staff gave us many options for dining etc. The housekeeping staff was great. Our room was cleaned and stocked daily and I am a little OCD about the cleanliness of my room. IT was impeccable.
No. I will recommend this to all my friends and family.

The location. Brunch is very nice. Staff was very accommodating with the exception of the first employee at check-in. She couldn't find both of our reservations. There seemed to be quite a problem at check-in. Then she just handed it off to another employee who was very gracious, and she walked away. I don't really understand what happened except they said the confirmation number did not look like one of their own.

There hotel's superb location with respect to the Williamsburg historic area was the reason we wanted to stay there.
