Gary, the daytime desk receptionist, was very helpful, friendly, and a very funny guy. I miss the full breakfast restaurant that I fondly recall from snowmobiling some 20 years ago. Otherwise, it looked just as it did back then which is to say it could stand some updating.
Faucet in bathroom sink is located too far back from the bowl-like sink to be of any practical use.

Loved the lobby - very warm room considering the low was -28 the night we stayed there. Good breakfast.

We loved our stay. The room was very comfortable and the lobby was cozy with a fireplace and Christmas tree.
I wished the exercise room was open an hour earlier.

Staff very friendly and helpful from beginning of stay to the end. Good location in West Yellowstone. Room comfortable. Beds fine.
Initial bad odor when we walked into the room. Smelled like a soiled diaper. After opening the window and housekeeping deodorizing the room, turned out OK. Never did find the source of the odor, but it finally did dissipate. Thank goodness.

Room, bed, especially pillows were comfortable. Everything worked, too, which is a big plus for me.
I felt they were a little expensive in comparison to surrounding hotels, but not drastically so.

Nice staff, nice front desk people, clean rooms, microwave and fridge raider were a real plus,
You do need to put in a hot tub! That would make our stay complete! We'll be back.
