The staff went above and beyond when things on YOUR end were messed up. despite my emailed confirmation what the hotel received was -1)our name was wrong, 2)our address was wrong - hence they couldn't find us but they looked and looked and looked and finally figured it out. I will NEVER use HotelsOne.com again - also this survey is not allowing me to click on any of the ratings. it's frozen at 10, then all 7's. all around i'd have to say you must run a shady operation and have already posted such on FB. hmmm after i put in this comment, the rating opened up so i could rate each item.

The breakfast had a huge variety. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Wish there was a hot tub.

The staff were helpful and friendly-location perfect for shopping and dining. The room temperature was cool upon arrival on a very hot day. Clean room and comfortable beds. Great breakfast.

Very comfortable beds, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel
The breakfast foods weren't so good, in particular the scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles. The rest was fine and for one family member who has Celiac and can't eat gluten, it was still possible to find enough to eat thanks to the selection of fruits, yogourt, honey and peanut butter (we brought our own gluten-free crackers).

Nice friendly staff very nice rooms clean everywhere breakfast all you could eat of almost everything 100% happy
