It was available when we needed a place to stay. However tried to book on the phone line and person did not speak much English so had to do it online which was frustrating as we were in the mountains

The location was perfect and the continential breakfast was just right.
The room lacked a sitting area. There was only one chair at the desk area.

We liked everything about this hotel. It was quiet and clean, even though a bunch of families with kids were staying there. The rooms were well kept and if we needed anything we could easily speak to the front desk and they were more than happy to try and help. The hotel is in a fantastic area with tons of restaurants right near by and a Superstore just across the street. A shopping mall is a couple blocks over, easily within walking distance. Tons to do nearby!
The only thing we didn't like was the continental breakfast. The meat and eggs tasted processed and powdered. Also the pool is on the smaller side so it quickly became filled up with families to the point that people entered with their children, took a look and then left. We eventually ended up leaving as it was just too crowded.

Very very clean , spotless hotel.
The beds & pillows were comfortable. Lots of pillows.
Quiet noise proof rooms.
I would stay there on any trip to the Vernon region even if I had to drive extra distance.
There was not one thing that needed improvement.
I am a picky customer and I could not find any deficiency.

The hotel was very very nice! Bead were comfortable and the pool was great! Has a slide that goes outside the building and back into the pool! I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Vermon, BC area!
