Most wonderful staff. Loved the pool and hot tub. Beds were so comfortable and breakfast was top notch with very helpful attendants. Our second time staying there and will go again.

Everything. We had a fabulous stay
There was no recycling at breakfast. Please add this for the plastic cups, yogurt containers etc. This will make this hotel perfect.

The staff were all very friendly, the room was beautiful, the hotel was busy but quiet. Parking was trouble-free. It was an excellent experience.
The only niggle I had, and this is not a reflection on the hotel or it's amazing staff, is that the backplate on the shower temperature control was upside down. The shower still worked, it was just a missed detail that's all. Didn't bother me other than it was something that someone missed.

The kids loved the pool, the waterslide was my youngest's favorite part...great location just off the highway. Breakfast was OK. Front desk staff were all excellent.
Air conditioner was loud, and I couldn't turn the darned thing off.

Best place to stay for your dollar in Vernon. Staff was super. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quit. Internet was very fast. A very good breakfast as well.
