Friendly staff at check-in, who made reservations for us at an amazing restaurant, which she recommended. Our room was spotless, and very comfortable. Bar staff were friendly. Complimentary shuttle, (Lincoln Navigator!) was always available, and so comfortable. When we returned from dinner, the bed was turned down, and chocolate was on our pillow. This hotel exceeded our lofty expectations, and has earned its place at the top of our favorites lots. We will return many times over!

Top notch luxury, amenities. Excellent food. It's just a classy place, our favorite in Tulsa.
Rolling the luggage cart in and out, was a bit awkward.Tight quarters.

I left my wallet in the hotel. The housekeeper located the wallet the front desk called and overnighted. I have left property in rooms before and never had anything returned I cannot say enough about house keeping and The front desk staff for returning my wallet and the money in it.

Classy Room, comfortable. Hated the cable service vices you have chosen. The d lay in viewing each channel and as frustrating.

I had a corner room and it was stunningly beautiful! Felt like I was in Paris. The bed was extremely comfortable and the furniture was gorgeous. We ate lunch, breakfast, and had late night cocktails at the adjoined restaurant, The Chalkboard. Food was to die for and drinks were well made. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it!
