We loved our accommodations! It felt like our "home away from home" and will return. Everything we needed was there, including the selection of food provisions in the lobby! Thanks! We'll be back!

The desk attendant when we checked in, David, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our reservation was upgraded because one was available without our asking. The appearance of the hotel was appealing.
The hotel is located at a very busy intersection. Our room which faced the street was noisy.

Nice rooms nice bed
It was like a speedway at night I spent several hous trying to get to sleep, cars truck and motorcycles blasting away. Would never stay there again

The hotel was very clean with a friendly and helpful staff. It was very nice to stay there. I would go back.
It would be nice to have some type of breakfast offering. That is the only thing that I would have liked.

We loved the space we had, the showers were great with pressure, my grandchildren loved having their own room and even tried the whirlpool tub.
Your own coffeee was terrific!, but somedays we were there there was none or the machine did not work.
The staff helped us in finding boxes for moving my mother-in-law which is why we were there. Thank you! Having a free washer and dryer was wonderful!
Wish there had been a dishwaher; I cut my right ring finger when washing a glass by hand. I did not enjoy washing dishes by hand in such a small sink as well as being on a vacation & needing to relax. The staff gave me a bandaid.

It is a nice hotel with a great staff for the most part.
Yeah, there were 4-5 loose nails underneath the counter top that I sliced my leg on, complained to the front dest and they had someone come knock them in but they only offered me a bandaid and said "oh"..

Eu aprecio a utilidade de todo o pessoal. Quaisquer dúvidas ou necessidades foram atendidas com assistência amigável. Apreciei particularmente o meu pedido para o mesmo quarto que nós tivemos no ano anterior quando se hospedaram lá. Gostaria de reservar para os Varsity Clubs of America novamente no ano seguinte, quando minha mãe de 86 anos e eu levar a nossa viagem de Tucson para ver a família.
Eu gostaria que eles pudessem trazer de volta uma área de restaurante. Jantamos lá freqüentemente no passado. Fiquei decepcionado que não havia lugar no interior das instalações para obter uma pequena mordida. A máquina de café de 24 horas foi uma clara vantagem. Espero que continue este serviço.
