Mainly the service. I travel a lot for my work so have experienced good and bad service. The Royal York was impressive in terms of friendliness and approachability and they seemed to care about my needs during the stay.
Use of texting was also super convenient.
It's very large and I did get lost finding the East elevators.

The staff were excellent, rooms were spotless lovely hotel, shuttle service to exhibit RAWF wonderful bonus
Parking was expensive 53 per day, left my truck at RAWF which is a security concern, nothing happened to it fortunately

The location downtown is extremely convenient.
Paying extra for WiFi is annoying, just include it.

We had a lovely room and we had the opportunity to eat at 3 of the
restaurants in the hotel. EPIC, Library and the lower floor for
breakfast one day. They were all very good with great staff.
