The hotel is very modern situated in a great location and staff are very helpful and pleasant.
The only issue is the shower has very low water pressure. That should be fixed

Everything!!! Superior service from everyone.
I had just experienced the loss of two close family members and needed to get away for a few days.
The Royal York provided the comfort I needed during this very sad time.
Thank you!
I have many fond memories of the Royal York for over 50 years (dinners, conferences,shopping) . This was no exception

Excellent service.. accommodated us for early check in at noon! Room was very clean and ample space for two people. Valet parking was easy and convenient. Will be returning!

The staff, from front desk to cleaners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. The location near the train to the airport was perfect for me. The breakfast buffet was lovely.
Too bad the main lobby under construction, but I'm sure it will be very nice when done. I was in a newly renovated suite which had a shower instead of a tub. I couldn't see a way to turn the shower on without getting wet.

Staff were very accommodating and arranged a late check ou for me free of charge.
It was a shame the lobby was being renovated and hs I known it would have affected my decision to book the hotel. We were in a newly renovated room and the toilet stopped flushing. However This was fixed quickly.
