We loved everything about our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We went to see a Raptors game, so the location was perfect. I booked at a special rate, which was comparable with other places we have stayed for a game.
We will be for sure stay at the Royal York again! A great experience!

Very clean, modern rooms and bathroom. I used your gym as well. I like that it is so close to the VIA Rail station. Very convenient.
Charging for wifi is gouging and out of touch since most establishments offer it free with a simple sign in procedure so that only paying guests can use it.

Helped us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary . Complimentary strawberries coated in chocolate.
Arrived at Union Station and was able to walk to most events (Princess Theatre, CN Tower etc.)
