Comfort Suites Terre Haute University Area

Location-

First, room keys were not working. Had to return to desk to have them reprogrammed. Staff did come by to ensure we got in. Cleanliness of room was good, but bathroom was not acceptable. I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub specifically. There was a one inch ring of dirt/grime along one side of the hot tub. It was nasty. The pool deck had some sort of dirt in the crevices of the flooring. A gritty material was on our feet after walking across it. We got into the hot tub-got out after noticing the grime on the side of it, and just returned to the room. The breakfast buffet was also sad. The waffle maker broke, most items were ran out of before 830 and the little lady stocking it had no patience for questions or requests. This was a spring break week, I'm sure the busyness was a factor, but it was disappointing. I had brought my daughter to Terre Haute to get to know the town where she wanted to go to college...again this was a disappointing experience.

O hotel era muito conveniente para a rodovia que estávamos viajando. Ele também teve uma grande piscina aquecida e jacuzzi! Há um maravilhoso restaurante nas proximidades, e o pequeno-almoço foi ótimo também! Obrigado por uma noite maravilhosa.

Isso não é culpa hotéis, pelo menos eu não penso assim, mas não havia construção nas proximidades e por isso fez descer a rua para o hotel difícil. Outros, que a minha família e eu tivemos uma ótima estadia!.
