Comfort Suites Terre Haute University Area

Location-

First, room keys were not working. Had to return to desk to have them reprogrammed. Staff did come by to ensure we got in. Cleanliness of room was good, but bathroom was not acceptable. I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub specifically. There was a one inch ring of dirt/grime along one side of the hot tub. It was nasty. The pool deck had some sort of dirt in the crevices of the flooring. A gritty material was on our feet after walking across it. We got into the hot tub-got out after noticing the grime on the side of it, and just returned to the room. The breakfast buffet was also sad. The waffle maker broke, most items were ran out of before 830 and the little lady stocking it had no patience for questions or requests. This was a spring break week, I'm sure the busyness was a factor, but it was disappointing. I had brought my daughter to Terre Haute to get to know the town where she wanted to go to college...again this was a disappointing experience.

L'hotel era molto comodo per l'autostrada stavamo viaggiando. Aveva anche una grande piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio! C'è un meraviglioso ristorante vicino, e la colazione inclusa nel prezzo era troppo grande! Grazie per la splendida serata.

Questo non è colpa hotel, almeno io non la penso così, ma c'era costruzione nelle vicinanze e così ha fatto scendere la strada per l'hotel difficile. Oltre che la mia famiglia e ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno!.
