It is friendly. It is not glitzy. Rooms are tiny but you can’t have everything.
When I tried to book the hotel from Jerusalem I found the local e mail address didn’t connect. Only the UK number worked and enabled us to book a room. That seems strange.
Well....the unending road works we’re off putting and made if diffiucukt for taxi access. I understand that the rebuilding will take a long time....

It was a lovely stay and perfect in all ways! Friendly staff, wonderful architecture and history and great location.
You have such a beautiful roof garden but no bar and services to have a drink and relax and enjoy the amazing view at the end of the day! I was so disappointed. My fiends ran out and bought a bottle of wine and plastic cups and took it up stairs! Perhaps a mini bar?
