Staff was extremely helpful
Bathroom was pretty Spartan, and tub faucet did not work properly. However, for price and location, it was acceptable

Bathtub did not drain well, tap on sink very hard to turn on and then was a spray that sprayed everywhere but in the sink. Bedding lumpy - likely had been washed so stuffing in the duvets were in lumps and then none at all in some areas. Some pillows were the same

Closeness to town and Shakespeare venues
Three lights in our room failed to work. OONe was fixed when we pointed out the issue.
We did not realize that we needed to reserve parking when we booked the room. So we had to use on-street meter parking with a three-hour limit. Rather inconvenient.

Great location.
Rooms are very small, bathroom was tiny. Rusty water comes out of the taps. Needs to be updated. Expensive for what you get.

Very quiet, I think we were the only ones in the building
The doors were locked at any time after 1 PM

Decent location in downtown area
A very old hotel with no modern conveniences. Small, totally out of date bathroom. A two floor maize trying to reach room from lobby. Bed was uncomfortable. We will never stay there again. The building should be torn down. Spent money for a guaranteed parking spot. When we got back to the hotel none were left and we parked on the street.

Restaurant was convenient. Elevator was a welcome feature, but still like the grand stairway. Casually elegant public areas. Quiet street. I think the hotel was full, but our room was fairly quiet, except the squeaky floor above. It all goes with the experience in Stratford.
We wish more parking was available next to the hotel.
