I liked the location which is in walking distance to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and the hotel room was quiet and comfortable.
My only concern is that I did not receive my receipt. I understand the computers were down at the time but I was told I would receive the receipt by email, which was two weeks ago.

I was given superb treatment from the time I walked into the door The gentleman asked me for my keys and parked my vehicle then proceeded to bring my bags to our room Very professional in his words and actions Very comforting as for we were the parents of the groom that was having the wedding at this hotel We were very pleased with the overall experience Thank you

We were attending our son's wedding and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and St. John's very much. The hotel staff from the front desk to the room cleaning staff were friendly and courteous.

Great location close walking distance to George Street and main Street it was also very friendly staff and the security was second to none with a swipe card to use the elevators this was our second stay at this hotel
