The hotel is a beautiful facility with a delightful decor. Lots of seating areas made it easy to meet up with fellow conventioneers. Staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was very nice about providing extra wine glasses for our in room parties.
Restaurant staff was welcoming and efficient. We especially enjoyed Ashley who served us breakfast.
A couple of times we had trouble leaving the parking garage as the tickets apparently did not "read". The issue was resolved quickly.

This was a great hotel at a great price. Every service from the valet, to the restaurant, housekeeping,concierge and guest services were all excellent. I did not expect to find such quality in Spokane and I was very pleasantly surprised.

The people were exceptional. Suite was very comfortable and roomy.
Food was good but our room service breakfast was cold.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff, the restaurant and views. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable as well.
The single rooms only have a shower and no bathtub or refrigerator. This was a disappointment for the price of the room. Also the robes were scratchier than I was expecting.

Liked the staff, décor and location.. Dinner was great at the Safari Lounge Very comfortable bed and loved the robes and shower. Great service with the valet parking also

Rooms were spacious and quiet
The TV was quite small for such a big room. Just an idea to put 2 TV's or a larger one. :)

The staff were very welcoming and most helpful with any questions that were asked. I enjoyed the feeling of staying in a very luxurious room that I would have found in a 5-star hotel, but not paying the price to do so. And I loved the safari decor.
I would appreciate a small foot stool so that I might more easily climb on to the bed.
