Centennial Hotel Spokane

The location on the park, and my room was very nice with outside balcony.

When I visited in October they were undergoing renovations, so the whole downstairs lobby was sealed off.

The hotel was great! We booked a poolside room which was so awesome for the kids! It was one flight up to the bar which was so awesome for the adults. The whole experience was great except the wait staff in the restaurant. The food was overpriced and it was just ok. They had a ton of staff, minimal customers and it felt very unorganized and there was no clear plan of who was where or what they were supposed to do which resulted in a very long wait time for even menus and for them to acknowledge our presence. Once they knew we were there and I got the supervisors attention with a concerned glance they tried a little harder. They compted some of the food and tried to make up for their slack which made it better. They definitely could use a little work in that department but other than that the hotel and employees were great! Kids loved the big clean pool with water slide.

When we were given a room with a queen bed (after booking a king) the staff did get us into a suite with a king.

We always stay here, we had all the kids In the lounge and the staff was amazing to them!!!! Room was great too

My stay was perfect. The room met all of my expectations. The bed was comfortable,room was clean,great view,and very modern. There was plenty of parking close to the room. We received complimentary breakfast for two and it was very good. To anyone coming to spokane and wants an affordable room this is the place for you. There is Two pools and a gym,however I didn't use them but have in the past. The place is great for kids and adults alike.

The location was perfect for walking to park and downtown The pool was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. The location is excellent.

It was inconvenient to not have ear phones to use when walking on the tread mill.
