Bed comfortable, clean attractive room, good shower, enough outlets and nice staff.
Bathroom is on the small side, coffee in lobby awful.

Clean.
When we checked in, we asked what the brunch buffet at their hotel restaurant opened. The nice young lady told us it begins at noon and we don't need to make reservations. We made a date with two friends to meet us there at noon. The next morning another person at the desk told us there was no brunch and breakfast closed at 10. We changed our plans and met our friends at their cafe' Bar. It was very nice. I heard the night person at the desk was new and in training. Other than this confussion, our stay was great.

The renovations are impressive...I've been stopping there for a number of years
My wakeup call was 30 minutes late...needed to get on the road soon than I did....

We love staying at the Heritage Hotel because of all the amazing amenities We particularly like the amazing workout facility, pool and spa.
