Pretty spot with nice landscaping
We came in very tired - drove from West Kelowna and we had a 2 1/2 hour wait at the border and arrived about 6:30 pm - the directions to the room were very confusing and initially we couldn't find our room and had to ask for directions. We chose the Double Tree based on pleasant past experiences, so were expecing our treat of a hot cookie - none was offered.

Each day after my meeting, when I returned to my room I found it cleaned and fresh towels. The staff was very nice and helpful with filling our requests.
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel

I was there for a painting conference and liked the fact that I could stay in the conference hotel. The staff were all exceptionally pleasant!
The room 213 had some things that could be improved:
The bed sagged in the middle, leading to a back ache for a stomach sleeper. The chair and ottoman looked inviting, but the chair was not comfortable. The shower head was loose and not adjustable - the position it was in led to water on the floor. The TV occassionally lost sound and the screen broke up into little squares - lasted a few seconds.

We liked how quiet our room & cozy our room was. We felt safe and were very happy with the housekeeping staff. They did and excellent job!

Staff was friendly and quick to respond.
Pillows were too soft, mildew in bathroom, bathroom door did not shut properly, and items under the bed.
