Convenient
On the first stay, they put me in a handicap room with handicap shower. On the second stay, the room had a really bad smell.

Efficiency of check in-out; location; ability to leave car - and pick up upon return; beds were comfortable and of course the cookies.

Free airport shuttle was very convenient.
The computer airline reservation confirmation screen was very user UNfriendly. Two more guests approached, waiting for me to get my 2nd Boarding Pass, and even they couldn't't get it to the proper screen. The computer and printer were conveniently located.

The family room we were in, for five people. It was almost perfect, only lacking a second bathroom for the parents.
The food services. In retrospect we would have gone outside the hotel for dinner and breakfast. The staff in the dining rooms was lacking. At dinner, we mentioned that there was a hair on one of the plates, and the server did not much as even acknowledge the comment, let alone express any regret. The staff was also not children friendly.

The room was very large and comfortable. We checked in quickly, requested a rollaway bed and that came promptly. Valet service was excellent! I would book a room here again.
The only thing I would have liked was more towels and bedding for the rollaway bed. The room was made up as if only 2 people were staying (2 glasses, 2 water bottles, etc.), but was clearly booked for 3 people but adjustments were not made for that.

The hotel needs a ramp for hauling in your luggage from the parking lot at each annex.
