The staff were very welcoming and made accommodations for us by changing our room when we discovered the bedside light was not working and the refrigerator was running loud. We had an excellent meal and the restaurant. Steak was done to perfection. The only downside to the meal was that the accompanying sides were not warm, rather room temp. Perhaps heating plates prior to serving would help. We did really enjoy our stay, but a few recommendations to improve the stay of future guests. Thank you.
When changing to our new room we discovered that the one side light by the bed was not working also. This was due to the power outlet having a multi plug Jack behind the nightstand as discovered when we moved it to plug in a power cord for phone. These plugs are getting knocked out of the socket by the nightstand placed in front of them. Perhaps when the cleaning staff are vacuuming? Also in both rooms, the trash can in the bathroom was rusty at the bottom and had no bag inside.

Your staff are really great. I was asked by 2 staff members if I needed a pen to complete a box lunch form. This detail may seem minor but it shows your staff are thinking of guests: one roll of toilet paper was almost gone so the cleaning person left an extra roll. That's attention to detail!
