The staff was incredibly friendly to us and our pets who were evacuated after losing our home in the Malibu fires. Their kindness and cheeriness was integral in my husband and my ability to cope with the situation. The room was comfortable and we felt safe, which we needed at that time.

Very nice, will go back again.
Sometimes staff wasn't that great, just one person, all the rest were great.

The stay was most pleasant and in the future plan to make the Double TRee my home away from home, each time I visit San Diego. The staff and amenities are great especially the buffet breakfast. Thank you Double Tree for once again adding a most pleasant memory to "My Treasury of Fondest Memories"! with great appreciation, Annie Lister
It would be most helpful if there were a small magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Being at an age where eyesight is becoming limited, the magnifier would enable one to easier apply makeup!!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable
We have stayed there on 2 or 3 other visits. This time Our room was smaller and did not have the beautiful view of the pool and palm trees and then we were asked to pay extra for parking. Never had to pay a parking fee on previous visits.

The convenience of being close to work. I work for the San Diego County Fair and needed to be closer to the office for the last two days of the fair.
