The cleanliness of the hotel.

Wifi service is not available at my room and I had to go to the lobby to use wifi. 2 days out of 4 days of my stay there, wifi was not available at lobby and I had to go across the sister hotel to use the wifi.

Beautiful surroundings, attentive staff.

Coming from a state where waitresses start at $9.19 an hour, I was shocked to learn that waitresses in the restaurant were paid $2.13 an hour. Better tip so that when we are all old, they won't be starving.

Quiet, clean, complimentary soaps, friendly staff, comfortable bed, location to downtown bars. Awesome. definitely would recommend!

Rooms well maintained.

Bad experience in dinning. I had called a month early to reserve a semi-private space for a dinner meeting with a party of 12.The group gathered specifically from across the nation specifically for that dinner meeting. In making the reservation, I specifically stated that the meeting would last for four hours and would require privacy so that the discussions could go forth without interruption. In the past, your staff had met these requirements by seating us on the side of a large dinning room in what you called a loge. This is what I had in mind for our recent meeting. This is NOT--repeat NOT what we got! Instead we were "accommodated" on the side of your very noisy, overcrowded coffee shop. And at least two other parties of 8-10 were seated in the same area. The waitress also advised us that other customers had been waiting for a long time. The arrangement was not only unsuitable for our purposes, it set the stage for the very destruction of our meeting. Fortunately, I was able to convince your Concierge that we needed a quiet space and was accommodated by your Night Manager with a space on the mezzanine --which proved quite satisfactory. (Though the move to a new site was annoying and disruptive.) It appeared to me that your coffee ship Host and Servers: A. Had NOT listened to my request when I made the reservation and B. Were singularly interested only in filling up the tables. This was restaurant service at its worst. Shame! Shame! Shame! Given our experience, I will NOT be hosting another dinner meeting at your facility!
