Wonderful staff!

There was a sizable crack in the bathroom sink.

Helpful friendly staff at the desk in the evenings

The view of the city.... as well as how well maintained and clean.

The front desk staff were not very engaging or helpful. I tried to obtain more information about the Chauteau Bedford and was told that all the info was on the "pop-up" at the front door.

The Hotel is quiet and non-smoking. Great breakfast; ample parking;staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms large. Best rooms in Saint John and priced reasonable. Also Hotel One helpful in my single event one room booking assisting me with my computer errors in over booking.

Not a thing. I certainly will stay there again and tell my friends.

We showed up at the hotel at 11am and they allowed us to check in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. They gave us great directions to where we were going. The room was very nice.

We were there during a snow storm. There was a young fellow out in the storm at midnight shovelling the parking lot. At one point he helped a guest get his car unstuck. I thought that was awful that this young man was doing a job that a snow plow should be doing. The next morning we only left the hotel at 10am and the parking lot had not been plowed. It was a real mess. As well the hotel seemed very busy that night. I think most people were there for the Bob Seger concert. The next morning the buffet breakfast was not replenishing the food quickly enough. They know how many guest they have, they should have been better prepared for the amount of people that were there. I personally did not have a sufficient amount of breakfast due to the lack of replenishment.

It was just an overall pleasant stay and excellent accommodations.
