Room was great, and staff was nice and helpfull!! Definitely will return!

Did not know where to check in arriving late at night. Lots of walking to get from elevators to room!

Location

Trying to shave or put on make-up was difficult. standing at bathroom mirror, the way the lighting was situated, your face was in shadows and shaving or putting on make-up was very difficult. my wife had to put make-up on with a hand mirror next to the outside window to have enough light. also, the a/c unit had a noisy vibration in it and if you hit the unit, it would stop for a while and the start up again. very aggravating during the middle of the night. it is also aggravating to be able to hear the neighbors tiolet flush while you are trying to sleep.

I liked that the casino had access to surrounding casino's. Making it convenient to walk to other facilities.

I did not like that the hotel only had one elevator to access all rooms. We had a long walk to our room with lots of halls to go down before reaching our room.

Easy parking, drink ordering system and price, exercise room was excellant,

Swimming pool not opened, no whirlpool, housekeeping staff was not always very friendly when greeted-(Tues & Wed a.m.)but did a nice job in the room-Comp system could be easier and more generous), no breakfast buffet, security system was not very helpful in the loss of a "ticket" from a slot machine worth $49.00, which was a lot of money to lose,

The hotel itself was excellent. But the HotelsOne Service Provider did not give me what was promised. I was suppose to have a King, but got doubles, and was suppose a Jacuzzi room on other occasions.
