Everything from check-in through check-out was perfect. We had an incredible time. The staff is extremely friendly, the accomodations the best buy for the dollar at any beach area I have visited, and the pool located on the boardwalk makes you feel like you are at a very upscale resort.

If I have to find one thing that I would change - I would add a mirror outside the bathroom area so that two people can get ready at the same time.

The location is perfect, the pool is great, and the staff is very friendly.

I would suggest adding shade umbrellas to the pool area. There is no shade in earlier part of the day which makes is unbearably hot.

The website said they provided towels, but when we got there, we found that wasn't true so had to go buy them. The only other thing was the service at breakfast - cream for coffee never available and the omelette production needs some improvement. Our eggs order was screwed up both days.

Some of the staff were very pleasant [not on check in], about half were less so...and unhelpful [eg. questions regarding wireless network connection were not able to be anwered fully so it was a full day before i had access]. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, but was not informed up front. I had left a suctioned magnifier mirror on the bathroom mirror when i checked out. I came back and was told no one had been to the room yet, i could go up and check for mirror. when i got to the room there was a towel wedged in the front door and several of housekeeping crew were in hall in front of my room. i asked if anyone had seen the mirror. one of the crew spoke english and my question was made clear, but they denied it was found. i was polite but emphatic that it had been there when i left. one of the women said she would check. she left and returned with the mirror. i was happy to have it returned, but not happy that there appeared an attempt to keep it. the rate on the room was reasonable.
