I have stayed her a few times over the past few years - they just went through a room renovation - the room was real nice, clean and updated

Room was clean and new!
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the evening of our stay and we were disappointed as this was something we looked forward to.

Everything you could need was found in the casino. It was great that there was security checking that people were staying at the hotel.
We got there at 2:30 p.m. and the parking valet said they were checking people in already. We went to check in and because one of us is a smoker, we were told that it would be 20 minutes before a room was done. Went back at 3:00 p.m. and were told the same thing. A little frustrating. We felt like because there was a smoker, we had to wait.

Interesting, first visit, really liked the tribute plaque/display of the founding community member and video messaging from the board of directors in Nishnawbe and English ...nice touch
The construction..really confusing to find parking and main entrance...but am certain will improve when completed

Loved the staff and the security! Felt very safe all the time even though I was traveling alone with three kids....they helpped get our luggage and delivered it to our room! Pool attendant got a band aid quickly to the rescue of our scrapped toe! And a sucker even!!!

Staff extreamly friendly. Rooms are comfortable and safe.
