Nice facility, comfortable beds, close to airport
Glad you asked. We arranged to leave our car and be picked up by the shuttle when we returned from our trip. We were given a number to call to have the shuttle come to the airport. We were on the phone for 12 solid minutes (at 2:00 p.m.) and never got through. When we finally got on the shuttle, everyone on it had had the same experience, and one couple said it had happened to them 3 or 4 times before. Not good. Everyone on the shuttle was quite frustrated with this experience. It's not a "service" when it doesn't work, and there were several of us who were heading to the taxis when the shuttle finally arrived. Since so many people have apparently had this problem, some multiple times, I'll look for another hotel that offers the same service when I fly out of Portland again.
