Accommodated my very late arrival; no problem with getting a pickup after midnight; help with the luggage with no questions asked; easy checkin process
Although the hotel does not have an elevator and there are a few rooms on a second level, the bell staff will gladly take your luggage up and down the stairs.

Helpful staff. Shuttle service.
Phone did not work but was replaced with one that did. Smoke detector was still covered with plastic apparently from recent painting.

Hotel location in the area we had business in. Hotel allow pets, others we checked with did not. We also enjoyed the meal and drinks in the Sports bar. Overall we were please with the set up. Thank you.
