The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially in the heavy rains.
Did not receive the morning coffee & tea tray on Sunday the 23rd. We called down for a tray and was told one would be right up. It never arrived. That was the only downer. My husband is a morning coffee drinker and I like my tea.

I love how central the hotel is to the center of Portland. I love that we can take our bikes and they store them in a room on the first floor for us. And I love having fresh coffee delivered to my door in the morning.
I was unable to log in to the wi-fi the whole time I was there and I needed to do work. I called the desk but they never got back to me. When I asked about it as I was leaving the desk manager said there were problems with wi-fi if I had stayed there before because my computer remembered the old password. All I need to do was go in and delete it. The night person didn't know that. Since they can see if you've stayed before it would be helpful for them to tell you that when you register. I want to say this is very unusual. I have stayed here for years and the staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable.
