Friendliness of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the room service waitresses to the janitors and chambermaids, was quick to greet me and my dog every day. Location was excellent, very central for my needs.

Hot tub and pool were nice. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
Bathroom is very small and we had to move because the tub in our first room did not drain. Water from a shower was still in the tub after 8 hours. Restaurant was over-priced and did not offer a complimentary breakfast. .

Hotel was well maintained and staff was friendly. Very nice swimming pool with waterfall.
Not enough help. We had to bring up our own luggage on a cart. We had breakfast included which was very good except out of bagels all week. The food for dinner was not edible for my husband. It was supposed to be beef
stroganoff which had big chunks of soup beef with watery sauce. Also a friend left a message for us and we never received it from the desk.

The cleanliness of the hotel, comfortable bed, and great pillows.
Room was a little narrow and the bathroom small.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was near to everything we came to do.
Alot of road noise and we were on the 5th floor. Did not sleep during stay due to noise from outside. Also fan did not work in bathroom and bathrooms are way too small. We would not use this hotel again due to the noise.

Il posto perfetto per noi durante un soggiorno di nozze in FL. Ho apprezzato la piscina e la cascata e la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione gratuita a differenza di solo un caffè con il cibo. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno eccezionale!

Troppo costoso per suite di troppo poco. Vecchie apparecchiature, servizi igienici sporchi, pavimento sporco, microonde Filthy potrebbe essere trovato anche nel corridoio. ICE MAKER sporco. Insetti morti in tutti gli angoli, era tutt'altro che bene, ecc succhiato. Una volta e mai più, peccato per i nostri soldi.
