Excellent accommodations.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hot tub was very nice to relax in when we got there at such a late late hour. We were glad it's open 24 hrs a day. We loved their hot breakfast for our whole family.

I didn't like that it was under construction and we were not informed when making a reservation. We had to walk through dust and dirt to get to a room that had not been remodeled yet. They still charged the same amount.

The staff was friendly and great and went out of their way to accommodate us. The pool was terrific and open 24 hours. That was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

The continental breakfast wasn't the best but was okay. Our toilet had problems.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was good and breakfast in the morning was better than expected.

I was in town on business and booked the room on-line. The hotel showed that my room was booked through Expedia, though it was not. The manager was very helpful in getting me information to obtain a receipt through Expedia, but Expedia says the room wasn't booked through them and was unable to provide a receipt. My recommendation...if you travel on business, do not book on-line if you need a receipt for reimbursement! Call the hotel directly and book through them. The room was clean and comfortable and the service good, but I cannot recommend the hotel for business travel unless you call them directly for reservations.

The breakfast was really good. A good variety and selection of foods that were hot and fresh.

I was under the impression my room would have a jetted tub based on the information on the website, so that was a disappointment. The décor is outdated and the carpeting really needs to be replaced as it is stained and very worn. I would probably try to find a little more updated hotel for the price.

Your breakfast was delicious. The lady who does the breakfast was one of the hardest workers I have ever seen at a breakfast at a hotel. She should be commended!!

Please get at least one of the ice machines in the back wing fixed. I was there over 8 months ago and the ice machines in the back wing were broke then.
