Everything was great except the bed.

The rooms were well maintained and the personnel at the desk were very friendly and helpful
The carpet in the hallways and the entrywall are stained and need attention. Also I walked from the bathroom to the bedroom and back to the bathroom, which with my feet wet, left dirty "muddy" footprints on the tile floor.

The rooms were clean, no smell, beds and pillows were excellent. I recommend this place to all that stay in Pocatello. In talking with one of the personnel there I did hear one thing that scares me, apparently the place will change to La Quinta Inn. In my years of traveling on business when I worked for Union Pacific, I stayed at a lot of La Quinta Inns and they SUCK!!!!! So I hope this place does not run down hill. It is a fabulous place to stay, please keep it the same.

We were quite amazed at the friendliness and accommodating nature of all the staff, many of whom went out of our way to greet or assist us. We loved the hot tub.
We could not get internet either night even after making calls to the office and having one of our party, a definite techie, go down to the office. This was problematic and may prevent us staying there in the future. One of us had work that had to be done on the internet. I have a sister who was having surgery that day and was not able to keep up with the updates on her. We finally had to go off site to get internet service.
