Some staff did not know directions well.

Comfy, clean... liked the Commoner. Staff was great
I feel it is comparable to other hotels in Pittsburgh but expensive ... $369 for one night!!!

The staff was exceptional.
had a problem with billing and called back to talk to Accounts Payable and they were very courteous and professional.
