We had a great time! We loved the lazy river, hot tub and waterfall. The staff was always wonderful to deal with and would go out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The only thing we didn’t like was the miniature golf course or should I say the hole numbers and layout. We had a hard time finding the 1st hole and they didn’t quite lead into the next hole very well. Other patrons there were also confused.

The. Overly friendliness of the hotel staff. Every single maintenance, service, pool, and overall hospitalitlity personnel were absolutely friendly, top-notch in the industry. We had such a nice time. Overall, our family had a great experience. Thank. You.
I did not like the walking area to River Ranch. It is through the parking lot and quite dangerous when especially walking with 3-5 kids. A bridge or special guarded walkway would be appreciated. The volleyball area is great! It is just in a weird location.

Room was gorgeous and comfortable. Summer prices were amazing. I liked that the staff were low key and allowing my family to be on vacation without redirecting my kids on 1000 rules etc. The lazy river was packed with kids but we all had fun because it wasnt stressful.
Wish I could have taken my 5 year old daughter down the slide with me. She was too nervous to do it alone but when sitting up it goes pretty slow and I dont see what harm it would have done to put her in front of me so I could have showed her how it would be. The kids who went down the slide all day had so much more fun.

The rooms were very clean and roomy - a lot of space. Actually bigger than the rooms at the Arizona Grand Resort. Enjoyed the pool, basketball courts and location of the resort to resturants and mall in Scottsdale. Played the miniature golf course, and to be quite honest it is not in good condition. Really believe that the hotel could do a better job in putting the course in a condition that is more like a resort should have. And finally, a wave pool would be a great addition to have that would make this resort a even better hotel.

Resort was very busy and didn't receive cleaning service during my stay.
