I thought bed was very comfortable my husband thought it was too soft.

When we got to the room there was a "fridge cabinet" with no fridge in it. We were not told fridges were available on request when we checked in or by the gentleman who showed me to the room. We were riding a motorcycle and the gait in your parking garage does not recognize Motorcycles the grade was steep and difficult to keep the bike stopped until the attendant could leave her booth and manually lift it. One man at the front door said we could park in Valet parking at no charge and park ourselves and the other said we couldn't.Communication was a problem. The shower did not drain well and water spilled out onto the floor. You had shuttles to the Riverfront but they ended at ten oclock.

I have been in the Pere Marquette Hotel many times for the Illinois Music Educators Conference in January. While I have never stayed there, I have a good feel for the changes that have been made recently and I was extremely impressed with all of the upgrades. The rooms are all new and I was really pleased with the quality of the food we had at the Table 19 restaurant!!

The "new, improved" facilities are very nice. We had stayed at the old one in 2011.

Room cleaning service missed our room. We had to wait from 4:00pm to 5:15 pm (after being out of the room all day). With dinner plans at 6:00 pm, this was unfortunate. The not-quite-ready skybridge to the parking deck needs to come online soon. We had to walk through the nasty valet parking area as well as in the rain to get to the hotel.

The newly renovated room was very lovely and the hotel was within walking distance to the Peoria Civic Center where we saw a Joe Bonamassa concert. We had stayed at this hotel several years ago before it was renovated and loved it then also. It was very old fashioned then and quaint which we love. We will definitely stay here again when staying in Peoria probably for the Blues Festival over Labor Day. Thank you.

I love soaking in a bathtub and was disappointed that the room only had a shower.

You need to extend the shuttle service radius to 10 miles

Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff members were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. I will stay there again without hesitation.

NOTHING wasn't wonderful! Please don't ever stop the shuttle. All staff acted as is if my family was the only one they had to saitsfy....so very personable. Thank you
