Check in at front desk was fantastic. Great lady and she knew her stuff. She was very informative and super happy.
Everything was great about this hotel, but the pillows were not very comfortable. I have always loved hotel pillows and I find they are always the same brand and type. These ones were not. I was a bit bummed.

Front desk staff courteous and helpful, friendly
Everything was great..loved the cleanliness and comfy feel of the hotel...my 3rd time staying here and will return. Is there a loyalty program for returning guests?

Walking along the beach front. Enjoying the pool at the Ramada with our small children, which was very accommodating. We like the full services at pool side :) lots of very good resturants that are walking distance from the hotel.
We stayed in room 231, and had a stroller the entire time. It was a pain to access the pool area from the elevator. Small detail, but a ramp would be accomodating

The Setting - the grass and the gardens surrounding the pool and restaurant.
The laundry facilities _ thank you
Room was spacious me clean. Nice little balcony. It was private and quiet
A bigger work out facility with more equipment
Better air conditioning in the room - it was too cold for the bed near the air conditioner
