Courtyard by Marriott Paramus

Very quiet for a great nights sleep.Pillows were so comfortable that i bought 4 online for my bed.

Indoor pool. What I disliked about my stay is that I changed the reservation through you and was told to use the same confirmation number. When I showed up the next day I was told there was no record of a change and since I had children with me I had to pay for the room again. I tried to straighten this out on the phone with your organization and was told there was no record of my confirmation number. When I get my bill from the credit card company I will contact you if there is a double charge. If we can't work things out I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and giving you a below average grade on line. One more thing...you charge MORE then the Marriott. .. you are supposed to be getting us the best prices possible.

Great location. Loved the bistro/cafe. Pool with towels was very convenient for restless kids!

Clean, comfortable room at a decent price. Very convenient location for our purposes (visiting with family in nearby NJ towns, ducking into NYC for an evening.) Friendly staff. Surprisingly good noise insulation, considering that the hotel is located at the intersection of two major highways; we were not disturbed by road noise at all.

Amenities are pretty lame (very small pool & fitness area) but better than nothing.

Convenient location for a family gathering close by.

Staff members saw us loading our luggage onto the wheel away cart. Someone could have offered to assist, even if we declined the help.

Bekvämt bra boende med god standard till ok pris, det var tredje gången för oss på detta hotell. Fantastiskt trevlig serviceminded personal.
